Antique French Miniature Portrait Gilt Bronze Jewelry Box, Princesse Lamballe victorian locket active 1881 to 1913 atAntique Belle Epoque era French gilt bronze jewelry box featuring a miniature portrait of a lady in a powdered wig wearing a hat edged with roses. The portrait is small rendering of Marie Thrse Louise of Savoy, Princesse de Lamballe. Housed under glass and signed M. Roy. The box is serpentine shaped, intricately decorated with appliques of scrolling foliage and flowers on a lattice textured ground, edged with a border of roses. The sides decorated
