EKAFOL based on ®ISOGENOPAK - PVC

Is the most commonly used, economic pvc cladding system on interior thermal pipe insulations in Europe. EKAFOL-pvc (®ISOGENOPAK) is a rigid plastic surface, in light grey colour, serving the protection of insulated pipes, distributors and valves against mechanical abuse, abrasion and penetrating moisture.
The high quality pvc foil, 350 and 500 my thick, is impact resistant, impermeable to water and impervious to gases, grease and oil. The foil is physiological harmless and can be used in food plants und food storage. It should, however, not be exposed to constant ultra-violet radiation!
EKAFOL-pvc can be recycled.

The EKAFOL components:
- EKAFOL-pvc sheet on rolls, has an inherent curl. When cut to circumference, it takes on a cylindrical shape, making an easy-to-mount jacket to use on straight pipe runs.
- EKAFOL pre-cut pipe jackets, measured up to the outer circumference of the pipe insulation, for material - saving and economic installation.
- EKAFOL-bends, pre-moulded fitting covers, to clad all types of pipe bends in 45° and 90° shape, for heating and plumbing. The fitting covers are sized to be used on pipes from 15 to 318 mm pipe diameter ( ips ¼' to 12') and from 15 mm to 100 mm insulation thickness.
- EKAFOL-tees, for 90° branching pipes, in all common sizes.
- EKAFOL valve boxes and flange covers, for a large variety of pipe regulating instruments and devices.
- EKAFOL-accessories (i.e. rivets, glues etc.) for mounting and fastening; self-adhesive tapes in matching colour.
- EKALIT-endcappings for neat insulation interrupts and endings.
- EKAFOL-tools, such as: cutting tables, knives, scissors and fastening tools.
